I've been waiting a long time to say that. Eleven years, in fact.
Say it five times fast! Evelyn is eleven. Evelyn is eleven. Evelyn is eleven. Evelyn is eleven. Evelyn is eleven.
Evelyn's birthday had to accommodate our visitors schedule. She wasn't keen on going to Niagara Falls, but off we went anyways. Because if you travel all the way from BC and aren't sure you will come back to Ontario, you probably want to go to the Falls! It really is an amazing view! The small town visitors seemed more fascinated with the escalators than the natural marvels outside. They took a few extra rides up and down. Just for fun.We had lunch in a five star restaurant. It was a little crowded, but cozy. And the price was amazing! Then the highlight of Evelyn's birthday came, and we got to enjoy an indoor waterpark. It was a very cool park. Lots of slides...some you could take a water carpet on, and others you could go down on a tube. It was busy, but not crazy busy.Lots of cool slides to enjoy!A happy Evelyn!
Evelyn enjoyed hanging out with Joey. They really get along well!
We concluded the day with dinner in the same "restaurant" and then drove back home. Melanie let Evelyn play games on her phone...a special birthday privilege.
