Daniel is four!

 Daniel is a neat kid.  :)

Daniel had his birthday some time ago.  He had his first party with a friend over...which is a time of excitement, but also a time of uncertainty.  He managed pretty well.

 Matthew "reading" poems to guest and Daniel after cake and presents, before the "games".  Melanie wrapped up a bag of candy over many layers so they could have a game of unwrapping.  Nathan played piano while they passed it around and took turns opening it.

 Sibling presents.  Daniel is very sweet accepting things.  Also, he is not very attached to things.

 Hand me down craft gifted to Daniel.

He clued in that the shovel was to make him work outside...so he's not too attached to it. ;)

He is very good at sharing, and can also be very sweet looking after his little sisters.  :)
